This newly renovated 7 bedroom home on Southern Dunes is the perfect place to bring your whole family together for a vacation. With 7 ample sized bedrooms, including 2 with en-suite facilities you can accommodate the entire family!
The master suite is located downstairs, just off the family room. With it’s cosy ambience the king size bed will welcome you after a hard day at the parks. You will have your own remote controlled TV for your convenience & a full bathroom with large corner tub & a separate shower cubicle – go on, spoil yourself & indulge in a bit of private relaxation!
Another suite is located upstairs and has a queen size bed. A TV is also available for your use with en-suite bathroom, providing a shower over the tub & a large walk-in closet you will have all you need for total privacy.
Still on the upper floor, bedrooms 3 & 4 provide queen size beds, with two further rooms offering twin beds & the 7th bedroom giving you 2 sets of bunk beds. In total the villa will accommodate 16 people in comfort.
There are 2 full bathrooms available upstairs (apart from the en-suite) and a half bathroom downstairs.
The formal living area has a large wrap-around sofa for you to sink into & internet access, so you can plug in your lap-top & surf to your heart’s content.
The family room is big & open with the full height of the house – as you look up towards the ceiling fan you can see the upstairs gallery landing. This room is really light & airy. There’s a big 60 inch TV with DVD so sit back in sumptuous sofas & enjoy a great movie.
The open plan kitchen provides all modern conveniences and enough tableware to allow the whole household to enjoy a home cooked meal or just a pizza from the local take-away! With a nook table in the kitchen area & a full dining room, there’s room to sit & enjoy your meal.
Now look out onto the pool area & what a great view over the golf course! Lay back & watch those golfers enjoying their round while you enjoy the spa.
Fed up with the sun? Try the games room – there’s pool, air hockey and even fussball. There are all sorts of board games and cards, so you can keep the whole family happy.
