The
height of luxury, style & comfort is what you will find when
you visit my brand new 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa (plus pool bath outside)
at the private gated, sought after community of Highgate Park on
LEGACY PARK , near Orlando . This spacious home is the perfect place
to bring your friends and family for that memorable vacation in
Florida .
As
you enter the double front door entrance you are greeted by the
formal living area, with it's sumptuous couches and the dining area,
which seats 6 people. Continue down the hall and the space opens
to a large living area, which overlooks the pool. The living room
is open to the full height of the 2 storey house with plenty of
light from the extra windows on the upper level.
The
open plan kitchen, with it's breakfast bar, gives you all the modern
conveniences of home ….. and more: a large electric range, overhead
microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the smaller appliances
you need to make any in-house cooking enjoyable. A large kitchen
table with 6 chairs allows for a friendly ambience and informal
dining.
Still
on the lower level of the villa you will find one of the 3 double
bedrooms, with it's queen size bed and a twin room, both of which
share a bathroom. There's also a separate bathroom on this level
too. Full laundry facilities, including a large washer & dryer,
iron & ironing board are available if you care to make use of
them.
The
large patio sliding doors lead you out onto the covered lanai area,
where you'll find table & chairs for alfresco dining and sun
loungers for you to soak up the sun after taking a refreshing dip
in the pool or relaxing in the spa. Pool towels are provided so
you have extra space in your suitcase for all those souvenirs!
Upstairs
on the second floor, you be greeting by a balcony which overlooks
the living area below – a wonderful feature of this home. The large
master suite offers a huge king size bed and sumptuous bed linens.
The en suite bathroom, with 2 closets – his n' hers! – has 2 wash
areas, a large walk-in shower & a wonderful oval bathtub. Fluffy
white towels add the final touch of luxury here.
Across
to the other side of the house and you have another master bedroom,
furnished with a queen size bed. The 5 th bedroom gives you twin
rooms and a third full bathroom serves the 2 bedrooms.
All
bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and TV's for those sleepless
nights! Hair dryers are provided, too. For those of you who can't
leave the lap top at home I've included a wireless broadband connection
at a nominal charge of £10 per week.
