This
extra large sized villa gives you 3400 sq.ft of total luxury &
comfort, with every conceivable extra you could wish for to make
your vacation here truly memorable.
With 2 living areas, a large kitchen and breakfast area, separate
dining area and an en suite bedroom downstairs – you will be able
to loose the rest of the family! 4 more bedrooms upstairs and a
den for added bonus gives ample room to sleep up to 14 people. The
villa is fully air conditioned for your total comfort and has ceiling
fans in most rooms, too.
The
master suite is spacious & airy with it's own private bathroom
facility and a huge walk-in closet. A second master suite upstairs
as well as the third suite downstairs means there will be no fighting
for privacy! Two large twin rooms and a den with TV, dvd and PS2
give you plenty of extra space, and plenty to do.
To
keep the whole family etertained we have added some games in the
garage – a pool table, air hockey and a dartboard. We've included
a gas Barbecue for your use (charges apply). There's also a highchair
and crib for the very youngest member of the family!
The
south facing pool area is a delightful place to sit and watch the
sun go down at the end of yet another perfect day in Florida. With
added tropical greenery to enhance the space and a table & chairs
under a large parasol, you will really find it hard to resist the
outdoor experience. There's even a pool bathroom outside for your
convenience!
Nestled
away from the hustle and bustle of the city and only 20 minutes
drive from Orlando International airport, this tranquil community
has only 64 homes, all in beautiful vibrant colours, so you won't
be fighting the crowds! It is surrounded by a beautiful lake and
there is a large play area for the kids. Also there is nature trail
for you and the kids to follow. We're in the perfect location, only
6 miles from Disney World and just 1 mile from the Champions Gate
Golfing complex designed by Greg Norman. In fact Disney is so close
that you can come back to the villa for lunch or for an afternoon
swim, and then return later fully refreshed. Orlando's other attractions
are just minutes away.
