Our
brand new 4 bedroom home at SANDY RIDGE is our pride & joy.
From the moment you pull up onto the drive there is an air of excitement
from the vibrant colour of the house to the imaginative furnishings
inside. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms the villa will
comfortably sleep 8 people.
Downstairs
you are greeted by a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The lounge has a TV, DVD and surround sound music system bring
your favourite music & films!
The
dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast
bar for informal dining.
The
kitchen has all the modern appliances you could wish for if you
choose to eat in' you will have everything you need except the
food & wine!. And with full laundry facilities including washer,
dryer, iron & ironing board you'll feel right at home.
You'll
also find a half bathroom on the lower level, just to save your
weary legs!
Upstairs,
the master suite boasts a large king size bed with sumptuous pillows
and covers. There is a remote controlled TV for those of you who
can't sleep! The master en suite bathroom has twin sinks and a large
walk-in shower. There's also a hair dryer, too! Ample closet space
for all your clothing completes this luxurious suite.
The
second master bedroom also has a king size bed. A TV and en suite
facilities make it almost identical to the master just a little
smaller, but equally luxurious and comfortable.
The
2 twin rooms both have TV and share the 3rd bathroom. A linen closet
on the landing houses clean towels for indoor and outdoor use. We
have provided separate towels for use in the pool area so please
don't ruin the fluffy cream ones by using them by the pool.
The
east-facing pool means you wake up to sunshine for your early morning
dip, or just relax in the spa before venturing out to the parks.
The comfortable pool furniture offers seating and sunbathing for
everyone and the covered lanai allows a bit of shade from the blistering
heat. We even have an outdoor ceiling fan to help keep you cool.
If
you should get bored with all the sunshine and theme parks we've
provided some indoor entertainment in the form of a game room in
the large garage. There's an air hockey table and a multi-purpose
table which gives you pool & table tennis.
We
