Villa is perfectly located on the exclusive and executive style
Calabay Parc community, which is conveniently situated off the US
highway 27 less than 8 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee,
Florida. It is within easy reach of the Interstate 4, which gives
easy access to airports, Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches, and golf
courses. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within
a very short drive.
We
have taken great care to furnish, equip and decorate our home to
a high standard to make our own Florida holidays special. We are
confident that our home will make your vacation very special too
!
Our
luxurious privately owned villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms
with its own heated private pool. It is fully air conditioned and
furnished to a very high standard. The villa comes with linen and
towels for up to 10 guests.
Palm Villa has a family room to relax in during the day or evening,
with sofa, love-seat, occasional tables with lamps, coffee table,
and an entertainment unit with a large cable TV with DVD player
with a selection of films, a CD player - so you can watch your favourite
movie, listen to the music that you love or play games until the
end of the day!
The
family room opens out to our shaded lanai with table and chairs,
which leads onto the pool deck, perfect for lazing around and soaking
up the Florida sunshine. Take a dip in our sparkling clean pool
- it's sure to be a memorable feature of your vacation here!
The
kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need
to prepare a simple snack, or the family feast to enjoy together
while on vacation. Choose to eat at Palm Villa in either the dining
area, or al-fresco by the pool!
The
kitchen has every modern appliance, including full size cooker,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and many additional cooking
utensils, double sinks with garbage disposal unit and spray. A separate
laundry room houses full laundry facilities.
Sleeping
accommodation at Palm Villa includes a master bedroom with a sumptuous
full-size bed, night stands with lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm,
closets, and a dresser with TV. The master bedroom also has a private
bathroom, offering a walk-in shower, toilet and his n hers mirrored
vanity basins.
The
second master bedroom enjoys a full-size bed, TV, night stand with
lamp, dresser and closet, plus a private bathroom with bath/shower,
mirrored vanity basin and toilet - that leads off to the shaded
lanai.
Bedrooms
3 and 4 have twin beds making Palm villa perfect for two families
to share. Finally, the sofa in the family room converts to a queen-size
sleeper if required. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. PS
2 with a selection of games suitable for all is situated in one
of the twin bedrooms.
Hair
dryers are provided in each bathroom. All bed linen and towels are
provided, but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
A foldaway crib & Highchair are provided for the youngest member
of the family.
We
have an excellent games room for young and old alike! Snooker, Fussball,
Air Hockey we have it all and plenty of board games & cards
to keep every happy.

of major restaurants and shops within five minutes and a recently
opened Publix supermarket within ten minutes drive of the community.
