…it's the end of a hot sultry Florida day and you are relaxing in
your own private spa with a cool beer in hand, enjoying the tropical
sunset disappearing over the orange groves. If you like the sound
of that, it could be you at the end of every day of your Florida
vacation at our luxury villa.
Our
villa comes complete with all the modern amenities including 3 bedrooms,
plus a sofa bed, giving ample sleeping space for up to 8 people.
The
living areas combine an excellent balance of Florida open plan living
with separation for privacy. The contemporarily furnished rooms
offer you every comfort and as you enter the impressive entrance
hall you will be pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness that awaits
you. Archways help to make the subtle separation of the various
‘rooms' while keeping that airy feeling.
The
well equipped kitchen offers every modern convenience, including
an enclosed laundry area. The breakfast table, also in the kitchen,
allows for casual dining, whilst the formal dining table can accommodate
6 people for a family dinner.
The
large master bedroom with it's American king size bed, is almost
18ft long and leads you into it's own en suite bathroom, where you
will find a tub & separate walk-in shower and plenty of closet
space for your holiday wardrobe!
The
2 twin rooms each have double closets and are served by a second
bathroom.
Via
large sliding glass doors you gain access to the patio area, where
your own private pool & spa awaits. The covered lanai allows
you to escape the searing Florida heat while still being able to
enjoy the tropical sunsets over the neighboring citrus groves to
the rear of the villa.
Your
privacy is assured as there are no villas directly to rear and the
immediate neighbors are local residents who do not have pools.
