Welcome
to our brand new apartment for 2006. We are delighted to offer you
the very best in condo living in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo
at Terrace Ridge, located on the third floor – penthouse suite!
As
you enter the apartment you you'll be struck by the spaciousness
that greets you. We have taken care to choose furniture that will
maximize the space whilst still allow ample use for all of our guests.
The
open kitchen has all modern appliances including range, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher & microwave. And the laundry room allows you to keep
all your clothes ready for any time.
In
the lounge we have chosen a wrap-around sofa unit which will seat
8 in comfort, with an arm chair for good measure. There's cable
TV with more than 70 channels which you can watch on the wide screen
TV. High speed internet access is an added bonus here – just bring
your lap top and plug in to stay in touch with the outside world.
The
dining area seats 6 in comfort and there's a table and 4 chairs
just outside on the patio, where you look out towards the clubhouse
and pool area.
We've
kept the light and airy theme into the master bedroom, providing
cable TV here, too. The large master en suite has a separate bath
and shower and double sinks too – so plenty of room for the morning
ablutions. We've chosen a King Size bed for the ultimate in luxury.
The
second bedroom offers a queen size bed and cable TV. A third bedroom
offers twin beds, again, with cable TV. The second bathroom is shared
by these 2 bedrooms.
All
bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and plenty of closet
space - there's even extra closets in the foyer as you enter the
apartment.
We've
included towels for use by the pool and hairdryers for use in the
apartment, so all you need is a swim suit & a toothbrush.
You
must visit the luxurious club house on Terrace Ridge, where there's
a pool & spa (heated in the cooler months) and a large wide
screen TV to make the most of all your favourite TV programs. Don't
forget to check out the fitness room and work off those extra pounds
before you go home! Fussball & snooker tables will certainly
keep the rest of the family occupied
